Salary : £10,599 pro rata

CEED Ltd an organisation with more than 28 years of serving the BAMEs community is looking for a new Apprenticeship & Employer Engagement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial key role in our new apprenticeship programme and in line with our previous positive action training in employment programme. The role will involve working closely with employers and local agencies and accessing employment opportunities, apprenticeships, and training for our primary target group.

CEED has evolved from continuous development and progress after severe difficulties – but providing business support activities to local business owners in the last four years. It is now time to bring back our prime activity (positive action training in employment) in the form of apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be experienced in similar role and be excited by working in a collaborative and empowering environment.

The position is 3 days/week, and the main responsibilities are….

• Coordinate and grow employer engagement
• Implement planning, delivery, and monitoring of apprenticeship
• Support learners, job seekers and apprenticeships
• Develop learner packages and training
