MR MOHAMED OMER
omar22Mohammed is Chairman and Director of the CEED Limited since 2010. He is a local businessman and community leader, community actor and community change maker. He has created opportunities for local people especially young people of Somali background and indeed others. He is actively involved in programmes and workshops in building the capacity and empowerment of local people especially those in the inner city and deprived communities.
He is well respected and well known within the Somali community in Bristol and can bring them together for common agenda and common action. His major interest is community development, community interaction, community cohesion, community integration and building young peoples’ confidence and aspirations to aim higher and deviate from radicalisation and Islamisation.
He is the founder of the MAANDEEQ Trade Centre in Easton, a venue that provides small business Units to local businesses.
 
MR SIMON MUNDEN
SIMON MUNDENSimon is a local businessman and Director of CEED Limited, responsible for strategic direction and management of the company. He has been a Director since 2010. Simon is co-owner of Bristol Bus & Coach Company and has been involved in the bus and coach industry for over 50 years. Simon still runs the coach company and provides opportunities for local people as bus drivers and conductors. His company is one of Bristol’s provider of employment opportunities. 
 
DR SOLOMON FUBARA, MBE
fubara2Dr Solomon Fubara is self-employed General Manager of CEED since 2013. In previous employment, he has held position of Chief Executive and Managing Directorship. With over twenty-six years of experience and skills in business development, management training, business planning and change strategist. He provides business support and training to BAMEs businesses and facilitate empowerment workshops and seminars for community and voluntary organisations.
He is a strategist, process developer and business trainer.
Dr Solomon has attained various Business Awards and commendation in training provisions. Some of his awards include; Letter of commendation by William Waldergrade MP in 1993 for his contribution to training in south west, Certificate of Merit Award for Outstanding contribution to BME community in business and employment by Home Office Experience Corps 2004, Awards for excellence and contribution to community by the Nigerian Association 2006, listed as Enterprise Support Champion by SFEDI/IOEE, best Business Support for BAMEs in 2020 by UK Business Awards, and recognised by Her Majesty The Queen in 2014 with an MBE.
 
MR DAMIAN ROONEY
DAMIAN ROONEY02Damian is one of the organisation’s enterprise success stories, as CEED supported him in conceiving and developing what has become his successful property management business Patrick James Property www.patrickjamesproperty.co.uk.  Damian is the Building Manager and has been working with CEED for four years and leading our efforts in providing affordable working space for burgeoning enterprises and organisations that do good for the community.
 
VOLUNTEERS
CEED Limited is provider of opportunities for local people in line with the “vision” of “Opening Up Opportunities”. CEED work with regular 25 local volunteers who have also received real workplace experience and acquired employability skills to enable employment opportunities. Volunteers are recruited regularly either through registration with our administrative section or referral from other local sources. We encourage both young and older people to register and avail themselves with opportunities for life changing programmes.

CEED: We provide rooms for Meetings, Conferences, and desk space for local businesses. We also Venue Space for family events such as anniversaries  weddings and other social activities.
